We are friends on the journey.
Our mentors and caring leaders guide you every step of the way.
You won't feel alone.
Isn't that a great feeling?
We all want our NDIS funding really well-used.
It's the little things that count. We understand that.
We'll do whatever your young person needs to thrive.
Too many other organisations use NDIS funding for 'babysitting' - and it's such a waste!
Seeing that happen makes us feel so disappointed because we know your young person is worth more than that.
We knew that young people could get more from their funding.
We were tired of seeing young people babysat instead of getting the support they needed and deserved.
You won't see our support workers sitting on their phones and ignoring your young person.
Every single person in our program has an individualized program with goals that we are working towards every single day.
Many of the people running our programs have lived experience - and that means better support and better understanding.
A handful of our support team are neurodivergent themselves, which means that they are outstanding role models because they walk the talk.
They are showing young people how they have adapted, improvised and overcome.

Behind the scenes – weaving magic to give you seamless support.
Rahat is our Operations Manager. Although she spends a lot of time working behind the scenes, Rahat is ready to step in and support our participants whenever needed. If she’s not in the office, she is probably doing art in the art groups or digging in the garden with a young person who just needed some extra attention and care.
